Come join this guided hike to gain a new perspective on the magnificent Carolinian trees found right here in Rondeau!

10:30am – Outdoor Skills Workshop: Knot Tying at the Visitor’s Centre
Knots are a useful and versatile tool that everyone uses everyday, even if you don’t realize it! Come join Edward in this rope knotting workshop where you learn the practical knots.
Friday, August 8th:
9:00pm – Evening Program: Owl Prowl at the Visitor’s Centre
Join Edward to learn about the amazing adaptations that make owls the masters of the night sky! After a short talk around the campfire, there will be a night hike prowling for Rondeau’s owls.
Saturday, August 9th:
10:00am – Special Event: Herb Snake & Kamryn Whiteye at the Bayside Picnic
Join Herb and Kamryn to learn about different styles of Indigenous dancing. Be prepared to move as this is an interactive program!
1:30pm – Guided Hike: Take a Hike Day at the Tulip Tree Trail
It’s Take a Hike Day! Join Tyson on Tulip Tree Trail to breathe in the fresh air and experience the benefits of spending time in nature on this guided hike.
